This is how I start my day…with a london fog tea latte. If you’ve never tried one, do it!!

**2023 UPDATE**

I recently went back to work in the advertising industry. The farm is still busy but David and I are spending more time here…especially because we’re GETTING MARRIED. And yes, we’re hosting our wedding at the farm!! (photos to follow this summer).

Life overall has been an incredible adventure that’s for sure!

I am thrilled to be partnering with so many talented people and like minded businesses in Northumberland County.

Keep checking our website for availability & updates.

We look forward to hosting you, your friends & your family very soon.

All the best!

Twenty-four years ago (wow, has it been that long??) I had a dream.  When I announced this dream at a dinner party, many friends thought I was joking, perhaps going through a mid life crisis even though I was only 31.  I had been living and working in Toronto but always felt the country calling me home. That's when I decided I wanted to live on a farm with animals and learn to lead a healthy, sustainable and environmentally friendly life.

I was thrilled when I found the perfect home in a town called Cobourg, only an hour east of Toronto. The small town atmosphere is very welcoming and there are so many sights to see. From antique shopping, to relaxing on the beach, to hiking in the forest there is something for everyone!

I went back to working in the city, part time, and live in the country...I'm truly lucky to live the best of both worlds. I've been hosting family & friends at my farm for many years and in 2012 decided to open my home and farm to guests.  It's a chance for me to share this incredible place with others so they can experience the same joy of being here as I do. We've hosted many family gatherings, girls weekends and even some weddings. Many of our guests have returned time and again, often lovingly calling Cobblestone "their farm".

You will have a chance to completely unwind and get back to nature on this incredible country property. You might even get to see some local farmers working the land as they used to many years ago. You'll see young people riding horseback and cyclists whizzing by enjoying the fresh country air. The stars at night are something to be seen and how better to see them then sitting by a bonfire roasting marshmallows or sipping a glass of wine.

Whether you want to rent the farm house outright, host a retreat or even a wedding, Cobblestone Farm will try to accommodate all requests.  And remember we are a pet friendly home so you can bring your four legged family members with you.

We look forward to hosting you soon.

Sam
